Refund Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This policy covers refunds for paid SilverBullet+ Pro subscriptions. The Personal tier is free and has nothing to refund.

Merchant of record

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. Refunds are issued through Paddle.

14-day refund window

If you’re not happy with SilverBullet+, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email zef@zef.me from the address associated with your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, any license keys associated with that payment are revoked.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Canceling stops future renewals — your license keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Canceling is not the same as requesting a refund. If you cancel partway through a period and would like the remaining time refunded, contact us within the 14-day window above.

Outside the 14-day window

We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods after the 14-day window has passed. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal you didn’t expect, an issue with the app — get in touch anyway. We’d rather sort it out than have you feel stuck.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts). Where local law grants you a stronger right than this policy, that right applies.
